When it comes to running a restaurant, Alec Schingel doesn't believe in leaving anything to chance. His hands-on approach epitomizes all that he's learned at top kitchens worldwide - that every detail, from the way guests are welcomed, to the warmth of the bread that is served, the feel of the wine glass in hand, the seasoning of the entree, the sauciness of the appetizer, the surprise of a sweet treat with the check, and even the perfectly timed refill of your water, truly matters and needs to be attended to. The ultimate host/chef and diligent owner, he works tirelessly to make sure that the food is delicious and consistent and that the service is warm and inviting so that Robin Restaurant, his first solo venture, will make a lasting impression on the St. Louis community and beyond.

Reservations & Dining

What are your operating hours?
Robin Restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We are
closed on Sundays and Mondays.
How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website, Resy, or by calling us at (314) 712-6124. We
recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend dining, as availability can be limited.
How frequently do new reservations open?
We release new reservations sixty days from now, on a rolling basis. All available reservations are
listed on our Resy page.
Is there a dining time limit for reservations?
Yes, reservations have a two-hour dining window to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable and
timely experience.
Do you allow walk-ins?
While reservations are highly recommended to guarantee a table, we do accept walk-ins based on
availability. We also have a bar open for walk-ins, where the full menu is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 in
advance. This allows our team adequate time to fill your seats with guests on our wait list.
Can you accommodate large parties or private events?
Our space is more suited for small group dining in our day-to-day operation, however, we would love
to accommodate your group when possible. Please contact us directly at (314) 712-6124 or at
info@robinrestaurant.com to discuss your specific needs and arrangements. At this time, we do not
offer private events.
Can we request something special for a birthday or anniversary?
We'd love to help make your special occasion memorable! Please inform us of your celebration
when making your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Menu & Dietary Needs

Is your menu available online?
Yes, we regularly update our website and social channels with our current menu. Please note that
due to seasonal availability, dishes may vary slightly from what’s listed.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies the best we can. Our
menu can accommodate any person with nut, gluten, and shellfish allergies as well as ovo-lacto
vegetarians. We are currently unable to accommodate anyone with severe dairy allergies. For our
vegan guests, we do our best to thoughtfully prepare dishes, but because ingredient availability can
vary, it is best to contact us prior to your reservation to confirm if a suitable vegan menu can be
provided during your visit. When in doubt, it is best to inform us of any specific needs when you make
your reservation, or you can email us at info@robinrestaurant.com. Noting allergies on your reservation
allows us ample time to contact you prior to your reservation and make sure our current menu will be
appropriate for your needs.
What is your corkage fee?
Our corkage fee is $25 per bottle. However, the corkage is waived with the purchase of a bottle.

General Information

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Gift cards for Robin Restaurant are available for purchase directly at the restaurant
during our operating hours or over the phone or email at info@robinrestaurant.com for delivery.
Do you have a dress code?
There is no dress code at Robin. We do find that most of our guests wear business casual/cocktail attire, but feel free to wear what you are comfortable with.
Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Robin Restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility needs when booking your reservation
Is there parking available?
We do not have a private parking lot, but there is street parking available in the surrounding area.
Are children allowed in the restaurant?
Well-behaved young guests are welcome at Robin Restaurant. Please note that we do not have a dedicated children's menu. Our dining environment may be more suitable for older children.
